The First Dinner
Well, The Silver Surfer is coming over for dinner tonight for the first time. And, being sick home from work today, I have plenty of time to ensure my mediterranean vegetable lasagna is fantastic! I crashed pretty early last night, so my mum ended up cooking the eggplant and zucchini for me, now I have to put everything together. I can’t wait for the taste test - it’s also going to have kalamata olives, artichokes, semidried tomatoes and roasted capsicum as well as fetta cheese. mmmmmmmmmm 
I’ll let you know how it goes!
